The first thing you need to do to get on your way to washboard stomach is to try to eliminate as many processed foods from your diet as possible. There areingredients in processed foods that nature never intended that we eat, and thatreally bad for us. Attempts to close things as nature intended food as possible. Eatlean beef or bison, chicken, turkey and fish. Eat fruits and vegetables, and nuts.

The next thing you need to do is like a gazelle grazing instead of eating like a rhinoceros. If you are 4-6 smaller meals per day, you will eat well on your way towashboard stomach.

The next step to getting washboard abs is a lot of calories to burn. You have less than 10% body fat if you are a man and 16% body fat if you are a woman. For thisyou will start to lift weights. The more muscle you have, the more fat you burnthroughout the day. This is because muscle weighs more than fat and the body mustwork harder to bear it.

But what types of exercises you want, no matter. You need to want to raise basic exercises like the dead, putting, dips, pullups, and others. This work multiplemuscles simultaneously and cause your body to burn calories at a higher rate for days.
