The growing number of overweight children and adolescents is a source of concern for parents and health professionals. There is the possibility that obesity may spread in children mental health. Therefore, it has become crucial is that this problem can be solved from the root.
Although it is the responsibility of parents to ensure that their charges eat healthy meals every day, it is also very important that as a teenager you have to be aware of the responsibility, what is causing this problem.

Overweight children / adolescents are prone to depression. This is majorly because they do not feel good about themselves and are often subject to ridicule and bullying.You do not know how to handle or brace up these jibes. As a result, they withdraw into themselves and then depressed. Oddly, they see as their only food and shelter at the end so just getting fatter.

Eat a healthy diet:

Increase fiber intake:

Exercise:
