This may come as a shock to many people, it is actually possible to be fat and fit simultaneously. It is quite true that the type of food that you control your body and how much exercise you do, but it can be a little difficult to control, to your actual weight. It is true that the majority of the time you can control your weight by controlling what you put into your body and how much you want to, but not always. The real factors are such things as your age, metabolism, the number of fat cells you developed when young, and your past diet. With this knowledge, you can weigh the setting for failure if you try to 110 kilograms, because your body is not able to do it themselves without staring.
One of the biggest factors that make people feel bad about yourself is how much they weigh and how they look. It is difficult for you to compare yourself to someone that is 5'10 ", if you are only 5'1". Get over it, it did not happen. You'll never see 5'10 ", if you are only 5'1". If you feel good about yourself is the key to bringing in the best shape that you and others stop the comparison to all.
To answer the original question, it is possible to actually fat and fit. Fitness is the real problem, not how fat you are. You can look in the mirror and think that you are much bigger than you want to be, but chances are that you do not lose as much weight as you think. Many people who are fat have to be a surprisingly low cholesterol, low blood pressure and many other indicators that they are actually in shape, although they may not look like this. If you eat well and take care of yourself by exercising regularly as the chances that your weight does not have a health problem, after all.
